Cross Training Program
This class has everything when it comes to resistance training. Our coaches will guide you through an incredible circuit workout using equipment like TRX Training Straps, Calisthenic Movement, Bulgarian Bags, Tires, Agility Ladders and through workouts guaranteed to get you amazing results. This class is for all fitness levels and is perfect for developing strength and performance. Expect to burn from 800-1200 calories per workout.
