Mace & Kettlebell Club
In this coach lead class you will learn from fundamentals to advanced how to use our dynamic pieces of weight training equipment. We will begin with power flow stretching and then move into our mace and kettle bell sequences combining resistance with natural movement to sculpt, and tone muscle while improving range of motion, balance, and flexibility. Expect to Burn from 800-1200 calories per workout.
Equipment needed: Athletic attire, running shoes.
