Mark Gould

Mark is one of our Youth instructors at Zephyr Performance Training.  Working with kids and pushing them past what they thought they could do is something he’s been doing since he was a child himself.  His first job in high school was at a summer camp working as a counselor where he worked until college.

His love of Boxing started watching some of the great fights of Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, and Lennox Lewis with his father and grandfather as a child.  He then discovered a similar fascination in Muay Thai. While he trains solely for the love of the sport and is not a competitive person, he’s been handing down the core teachings and fundamental techniques of Boxing and Muay Thai for two years. When he isn’t teaching our youth classes or training, he is creating content for our social media and website.  Be on the lookout for more videos, photos, and other content made by him on all our platforms.
