Youth & Little Warriors Program
 

In these high energy classes young people will learn Boxing, Muay Thai (Kickboxing) & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the 3 most effective know martial arts forms. More importantly they will learn respect, discipline, self-defense, fitness and good sportsmanship with their teammates and friends in a fun, safe and healthy atmosphere.

Equipment needed: rash guards, gloves, uniform, board shorts or spats, mouth piece, and flip flops.
